IMPORTANCE OF GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES IN ACHIEVING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE IN BANK
Abstract
Human resource management, from the other hand, is the most critical aspect of the organization because it can organize all of the operations to produce productive and maximum results. The aim of this study is to highlight the value of GHRM and to examine the impact of GHRM practices on an organization's competitive advantage and financial performance in the Indian banking system. The current research aims to assess the effect of GHRM activities on the organization's competitive advantage and financial performance. However, the research is a qualitative investigation that looked into the GHRM's related literature. The study used a data collection and analysis technique. The researcher, on the other hand, developed a questionnaire to collect data. HR department members were invited to complete the survey because they are believed to have a clear understanding of GHRM activities and their effect on the organization's efficiency and competitive advantage and financial performance.A total of 63 responses were obtained from both private and public educational institutions. Furthermore, SPSS was used to conduct data analysis, which included mean,T-test, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, percentage, and regression. Cronpach's Alpha was used to verify the instrument's internal accuracy.This study is to look into the effect of GHRM practices on banking organizations' competitive advantage and financial performance in India. Selection and recruiting, training and growth, and incentive schemes are among the GHRM practices that have been studied.
