AN INSIGHT INTO THE PRESENT STATUS OF RIGHT TO ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The term environment is derived from a French word „environ‟ which means surrounding. We are surrounded by many factors categorized into as biotic and abiotic factors. Biotic factors include flora, fauna, humans, reptiles, microbes, etc. and abiotic includes soil, water, and land, aired. The environment is a complex relationship between its components i.e. biotic and abiotic which are dependent on each other in such a manner that absence of any one factor can lead to imbalance in nature
