Abstract

This research specifically examines the nature of a worker's influence in one of three dimensions, the other two being intellectual capital and relational capital. Human capital is the financial calculation of a person's abilities and capabilities, and the nature of a worker's influence is one of three dimensions, the other two being intellectual capital and relational capital. Human capital is one of a company's most important assets. When the company obtains the best human capital as well as all necessary resources. When an organization obtains the best human capital as well as all necessary elements, including basic fundamental factors such as inventiveness and progression, the organization is prompted to take a basic step toward further development. This leads to a link with high-level management. If the management needs to succeed and come to a high level in the market level, they need a superior decision of human capital firmly identified with human assets. Human assets are becoming more cautious in selecting a special HR with all expected factors such as skill, qualification, creativity.
